Ground from 1/8" 1095 and heat treated in my digital kiln. I use 4 grain refining cycles and clay. Triple tempered for a hardness of 60.

5.75" swedge is not sharpened, but will cut you.
1 7/8" wide at the widest point.
black g-10 with black and red acrylic, 1/8" stainless tubing and black and red fiber liners and a red fiber spacer.
I hand tooled and hand stitched the 8oz leather sheath with punisher skull and removable frog.
