Here is a 1095 Recurve that I have had on the bench for a long time. I finally finished it tonight, and am offering it for sale here.
It has a nice hamon, I tried to capture it in one of the pictures, but I dont think it looks as nice in the picture as it does in real life.
The spine has a file pattern with over 100 individual file marks.
It is 1095 with black linen micarta handles with a mosaic pin as well as 2 regular pins holding everything together (along with epoxy.)
I took pictures with a ruler and in my hand, but here are the dimensions anyways.
Blade - 5 1/8th" tip to handle
OAL - 10"
The sheath is 8oz. leather. It is treated with beeswax for stiffness and weatherproofing. It is contoured to fit the knife.
