Awesome palm. Lots of beautiful work on that blade. I would like to see that in a small bushcrafter. I'll be keeping an eye out for what you put in the next week.
regards, Randy

Boy Bill you have been having to much fun lately with all the great grinds. Is the learning curve at it's peak? C

I take chances on 1095, Damascus i dont get crazy with "unless" i feel like gambling! Hurts my pockets and my feelings, ive stood at the grinder for the past week now constantly grinding out a big batch,I can grind pretty much what i want, with 9 years worth of practice, I like flat grinding the most, i can produce alot more knives at a faster rate,But since this one was a new style i figured id add a few special touches,I think it came out well.
Thanks guys

That thing is killer! The whole package rocks, wood, grind, and sheath. You are really going out of the box and trying new things and its great. Keep up the killer work man.

That is an absolutely beautiful knife, I think I'm in love.

Just out of curiosity, what RC hardness did you end up with on the 1095 after heat treatment?

i have had a few tested and ,i keep the same process there usually around 56-58

great! love what you did with the spine work and top swedge.. black palm is tasty as well... nice and different knife from you! ENCORE!

Ah, it's no use . . . No matter how many knives you have from this craftsman, you're still drawn back to his site & you want more knives . . . Great looking knife once again Mr. Bill, & that display slab under the knife would make a great looking pair of slabs for an upcoming bushcraft or custom knife as well . . . Excellent workmanship my good man, excellent . .
Be safe.

TRY ONE I BET YOU LIKE IT!

Part of me wants terribly to buy it, I'm terribly attracted to it for some reason and think it's an absolute beauty but... I'm not really the kind of person that buys customs and honestly don't think I'd be able to handle it. I've never spent more than $125 on a knife, don't really know how to sharpen recurves too much, I really only use folders, and only buy knives I use, I don't have a paypal account, have never bought off a forum before. I can list hundreds of reasons why I shouldn't get or even want your knife but for some reason I still terribly do, it's like... art to me.

I've always intellectually understood the idea of collecting knives before but had never actually felt the pull to get into it... now I understand.
Sorry for mucking up your thread, absolutely gorgeous knife though.

Ok "I'll take it"

Obviously it's my first time so please be gentle :P
I got myself signed up for a paypal account with credit card but it says it'll take 1 or 2 days to confirm it properly with my bank account. If you're willing to work with me through my first purchase I really do want the knife.
