Hellooo, again!

Today I'm offering my take on the Santoku. Last in this batch of kitchen knives. Made with with 1095. Edge quenched in Parks 50. Flat ground almost to zero, and balanced right at the top of the ferrule.

The handle is made of Spalted Maple, black paper Micarta, a brass spacer, and a mosaic pin. Comes with a Saya made from Zebrawood, and lined with felt.

Haha, thanks.

Yeah, there's a makers mark on it. It's where the darkest part of the knife is in the second pic, you can sorta see it as a lighter blob. The lighting in that picture is sorta flat, and didn't pick it up very well.

Also, the cheap etcher I bought...won't name any names...doesn't have the option of leaving a dark mark. As the saying goes "buy once cry once". My bad.

EDIT: But I've since Macgyvered one so that I can reverse the current and leave a dark mark. Until I buy a better one.
