1095

I've use it many times in folders.

Edit to add - I think 01 is a better choice because you can buy it in precision ground thickness and I belive it will hold a better edge.

Don, I like your O1 bladed folders better, but certainly 1095 works well too.
 
Nothing wrong with 1095, O-1 may hold a little better edge, and stainless may not rust as easily, but 1095's been around for a while and a lot of manufatures have used it for blade steel, I know the old Kbar's had 1095 blades, not sure who else.
