1095cv corrosion

wasnt there an epic thread where some dude tried to force corrosion on a becker and came to the conclusion that there's not much to worry about?

I lived in Florida for the first 4 years of owning my Beckers, where it is above at least 70% humidity nearly all year, and I never had a problem if I used mineral oil (which is completely safe for processing food) once a month or so. I never really worried about it, and I never had a problem. It was even better after I put the vinegar patina on them. You can be confident that they will be fine. Just use your common sense in taking care of them and cleaning them when they are not in use, and you should have no worries.
