This knife started life with a hollow grind from a 12" wheel.
While the cutting performance was good it was not exceptional.
I reground this one to a high flat grind and thinned the edge slightly as well.
Now it has Exceptional Cutting Performance.
There is a small amount of the hollow grind left present on the right blade face close to the plunge.
It can be sen in the second picture.
This one has been used by me in my home slightly and some patina spots are present.
