Lets look at all those parts

Here's a photo from Paul Long of the stunning sheath. The boy does the job, don't he? That's brown alligator in the insert, and a tiny Damascus take-down tool in the "Papoose."( There's a spare take-down tool with ivory.)

John, just so you'll know...even though I am NOT responsible for all them little bitty running cracks in that Ivory handle, I did smear them good with JB Weld to make sure they don't get no bigger. It was nuthin...you can thank me later at Jerry's.:D:D:D

it's nice to be clubbed over the head with pictures of awesome knives:thumbup:
It's a great morning for knife porn!

Amazing work John.

Twice as much hand-sanding! Every piece inside and out completely finished and etched. You are a glutton for punishment. But in my oppinion, the only way to do a take-down. Not too shabby!

Cheers,

Thats really sweet! And also I'm a big fan of the blue cracked elephant ivory and I think it goes nice on this one.

Did anyone say incredible yet because this one is.
Thanks for showing us, John.

Wow John, that is outstanding.

You are making good use of the elephant bark ivory ---- got any more??? :)

Hi John,

I've been so busy posting my own junk, that I haven't had the time to admire and congratulate you. What a fine knife.

I'm loving that ivory, especially all those character cracks.

Thanks. I know you will do well.
