11 1/4" Stag Handle Knife makers mark G. R. ?

I purchased this knife at a local flea makers. It is about 11 1/4" long and has a stag handle with sliver on the end. The tang has " G.R. " stamped on it. I can't find anything about this manufacture and was hoping someone might be familiar with it.

I'm more interested in this flea maker... Are the fleas alive, RC, carved from wood? I've oft been in the market for fleas as means to torment less loved relatives but have never been able to locate a quality supplier.
