I call these veggie choppers, but they are way more than that. Fruits, vegetables, meat? Just about any fine chopping job you need done, these are ready to assist. Made from 1084 High Carbon Steel with Padauk handles with brass pins. The longer one is 11.5" OAL with a 7.3" blade, while the shorter one is 11" with a 6.8" blade. Both are 0.07" at the spine and hardened to around 60HRC.
