Let's start with a shoutout to
Fixall
for selling me the pants I put on this chopper. I recommend checking out his website when you get the chance, I know I will be a return customer.
I love this dyed maple burl, it is just so dang pretty. I had to take extra care to keep this build as clean looking as possible, just to make sure my work was worthy of it. At 11.5" in length (a thin 0.07" at the spine) with a 7" blade, this knife is perfect for the kitchen or anywhere else you might find the need to defend yourself from from cheap cutlery that can't slice a tomato. Made of 1084 high carbon steel, so expect a beautiful patina to form over time, and hardened to around 60HRC to keep you from having to constantly re-sharpen the thing.
Asking SOLD Paypal F&F to scarysamcary at gmail.com (My account is not set up for G&S, but I will stake my account and reputation on you receiving your knife or being made whole)
