Steel: 2006 Hummer H3 leaf spring
Thickness: 0,267" (6.8mm)
Length: 11.4" (29cm)
Blade length: 6.1" (15.5cm)
Blade width: 1.77" (4.5cm) at the widest point
Handle: Green canvas and plume burlap micarta, red and black liners, copper tubes
Forge texture finish on the flats and bevels are finished with 400 grit cork belt
Black kydex sheath

For HT I went with 1550F, fast quench oil and 400F for temper.

Would love to see this in a thinner steel stock, unless you were able to get it thin with that grind, nice work.
 
If it is 5160, I have heard getting thinner stock is hard, and sometimes more expensive. keep up the good work, this one will serve someone very well.
