Gave mine a flutter there Gooser!!!!! Hang in bud!!! C'moan down here to Houston. These guys can fix it up. Worked my Dad over a couple of times... He is 83 and still ticking along...

Buck110, do you have something that proves that? My records, incomplete as they are, show that during the time of the Sixth Variation, Version 2, which has a 2 dot stamp, we added the blade bushing.
The third dot was added to the stamp to indicate a change in the rocker material according to my files.
Packrat, you better put your fingers in your ears and start humming for this next part....
I would really like to go take apart and examine more of the Dot stamped
110's but we...gulp...scrapped them all out last year. I had been saving these, hundreds of them, for parts and reference. We never did use any of the parts and I was told I had to clean up and toss stuff.
Danny and Michele, my rework specialist, did the job for me. I could not watch, I had to leave the shop until it was over. :(

Oh Joe,

Hold on I have to wipe the tears from my eyes to keep typing. I'm sure you could have had a special oldies sale for all of us BCCI & BF guys :o . We would have made you folks at Buck a little cash and a lot of us happy. Maybe in the future you would keep us in mind.....maybe mark those knives in some way so they don't get returned again for warenty work. I think a collection of truly used and abused oldies would turn some heads at a show  ;) .

Ok Joe.....What else do you have sitting in a junk pile that we maybe interested in:rolleyes: .

I've just decided to open an old Buck knives retirement home....so guys; that includes the Buck factory....don't toss out those old warn out Buck knives...just send them to me and I'll send you photo's of your loved one's playing card...watching TV.....or cutting something just for fun :p .

Wow...you better remember the audience you are addressing when you type stuff like that Joe!!!!!!!!!!
That is REALLY messed up.
Remember, "Don't Ask. Don't Tell".
Ya could've stamped them with something special to indicate a diff run and sold 'em to us...the Buck Groupies.
What the heck is going on up there? I think the altitude is getting to you.

That's equivalent to seeing that pic of that blown up 110 from a few weeks past. Cruel.

Why don't you just go down the street to the local kindergarten class, open the door and take a 120 across the neck of a bunny rabbit while yelling at the kids that their parents hate them and wish they would run away?

;)

Joe:

In this thread: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=127096 Larry Oden and yourself confirm this.
I dont think that was the only error I made in that thread! Please disregard.
I have hit a snag on the new revised data sheet though. I need to do some more digging around. It looks ok up through Version 6 so progress has been made.
To everyone who sent me an email requesting the new data sheet, I am keeping those emails until I am ready to send it out. So don't worry, it will be on its way.

I repeat my suggestion: Why not just attach it (attached to the first post you made in this thread) and make a new post to this already-stickied thread every time you [ahem!] "update" it??? ;)

(I'm not just a pretty face, you know...) :D

Yeah, what he said.
How many stickies is this forum gonna have?

???????????????? What a MISSED opportunity for the Club Joe !!
(What are they thinking? )

I like the idea of attaching the file and then sticking it. Just have not figured out how to do that yet. I will try here...
If sucessful, this document will have all recent changes except for the 4 inlay pin version. I am still checking on exactly when it happened.

Having spent some of my earlier days as a programmer in Software QA...I can say YOU DA MAN JOE! (actually, anyone could've told you it works...good job).
