110 date stamp question?

what year is represented by this stamp? I can't find it.

There was a change in the knife design during 1992 that causes another year mark principally. So Buck added the second dash on the left hand side of the 110. As I remember there was a change in the locking system. I am sorry, my English is not good enough to tell precisely what was changed.
