110 drop point at custom shop

Just got an email from buck. Drop points are an option in the custom shop now.

i just saw that too. After reading the rivet or not to rivet thread I played around in the custom shop and saw the drop point option.

I have a 110 with elk, nickel bolsters and pins, brown sheath in my cart. I can't convince myself to pull the trigger, but I really like that drop point! I want to hold out s30V, but I don't know if that will ever be an option and I want to grab one of these drop points while they are available!

Very nice! For something quite different I'd like the partial serrations on the DP. Nickel, FG, DP, G-10 with serrations. Add a pocket clip and I've got a new work knife. Do it with a 112 and I'd buy both even without the clip.

I wonder if they could tap the butt end of the knife for an end mounted clip, instead of the side of the rear bolster as shown on the Lochsa 110? Deeper carry. Cleaner look if you decide to remove it.

I can deal with the 420. If they come out with the S30V....well.................I'll just pony up again!

I'm closer to a custom than I was when G10 became an option. S30V in a DP and I won't be able to resist! Nickel + Finger Grooves + S30V + Drop Point + G10 + Black Leather Sheath.

I don't know how patient I can be... What's more important; S30V, or a Drop Point? Both please!

After looking at their site, I'm really on the fence between the drop point and the S30V. I have an Ultimate Hunter 110 which has a drop point blade in S30V, so I really can't decide between a 420 DP or the S30V standard blade, although I'd almost rather have the better steel than a second DP 110. Know what I mean?

why would they only offer this in 420HC? This is the Custom Shop. Give us some S30v, S90V, or CTS-XHP for crying out loud.
