110 in BG-42?

congrats KG! that is some very good news.

someday i will have one. i am still waiting for my s30v custom to come in. man, 4-6 weeks feels like forever!!!

I hear that man. It drove me nuts when I had to wait 8 Mo for a graham brothers stubby razel. Dont worry it will be over before you know it.

I have 6 110's with bg-42 thanks to our good friend Joe,only one is in use the rest sit in a knife roll waiting for their turn though.lol

Bucks bg-42 isn't the same as some other companies 'bg tho,you can use Bucks' without it chipping all to heck on ya;

Messersmith: there is actually a pic posted here already. Its the heritage walnut 110 that BCCL posted earlier. It was his generosity that allowed me to get my hands on a BG-42 110.
 
the big question is... are you going to use it?

i can't stand to see a good knife locked away in a safe. if you are going to lock it up, i understand, but that is not what i would do with it. hehe. :)

Hell Yeah I am going to use it! I don't own a single knife that isn't a user and I don't plan on it.

I been at the deer camp too long,,,,, so yall are saying that my bee gee, fiji, ns, fg, and no scale pins might be famous some day.....

I gotta find that rascal and ban it to the big toy box,,,:rolleyes:
 
Below is my grand collection of custom Bucks, two thirds of which are BG-42. The middle one was Summer/08 - and $84 - a steal. The bottom one was last summer - and a lot more. I also have two of those BCCI G10/Micarta deals from last autumn/fall in BG-42, giving me four total. One of those is my EDC rotation in BG-42. To be honest, it started out as sharp as my AG110 in S30V - and already won't shave. Several years old, EDC-ed a bit and still unsharpened, that AG110 still shaves. I like S30V - and will order a custom shop one when I have more than "Change... just change..." in my pocket. May be a while.

Man!!! You guys got me scrambling to see what all BG-42 110's I got...Looks like a Ti 560; a Nickel smooth Water Boo; and a brass Oak...

All closet queens... :D

Still have 2 though - one in walnut, and one in Blue Diamondwood.
I'm keeping the walnut as a safe queen, and use the Diamondwood one occasionally.

That is one beautiful knife, and my favorite 110 combo. :) I wish I ordered one just like it when I had the chance. :(
