Is it normal for a 110's lock bar to sit proud at the rear when the blades closed ?

Thanks

Not in my experience. The rockerbar in this knife seems to be engaged in the blade tang notch too deeply.

Is this a reblade done by someone outside Buck? Can you show a shot of the tang/rockerbar while blade is extended? Is ther a lot of play in the blade when extended?

Heres some more pics , as far as I know its never been rebladed . There is very little wear on it and the lock up is very solid , no blade play at all .

Looks like it may be dipped down in front about as much as it is up in rear.

I have a 110 that is similar yours Dunc. Seems to lock up as tight as the others so I never really worried about it.

I believe that is what the production line refers to as a high/low rocker. It is an esthetic thing only and as best as I can tell from the pictures, the knife is within the allowed range. For the most part, it is not a common issue.

Thanks for the replies guys :D Joe thanks for the explanation . I really am happy with the knife but I tend to have an eye for detail
