came home today and saw one of my front yard grown pineapples growing is getting close to harvest time. so pulled out my 110 i had with me today on my belt.
bit early still but falling over and if i wait too long raccoons will come and take bites. best to wait until as ripe on plant as I noticed once cut they don't get much sweeter on the counter. I'm no pineapple expert though just an amatuer.

so 110 fg dymondwood one used to cut loose...
pineapple up closer to show size compared to 110...
removed and cutting up with buck kitchen knife...could have used 110 but bit too short for this one.....very sweet and biggest I've ever gotten as we had good rain this year.

replanted top for another plant as all I have came from replanting tops.....
