110 question - lanyard

They did make prototypes with the hole but they had to change the design of the knife to make room for the hole. They did however sell 110s with bale rings in Europe. How many is a question. FYI.

Hi Richard, I realize this is an old post, hopefully it still helps.

Yesterday I purchased one of the French bail ring 110s, done at the factory. Came with a copy of the ECR paperwork (Engineering Change Request). Joe Houser confirmed the knife and ECR for me.

To answer the primary question of how many were produced, the answer is 250 (on paper). They were ordered by Ragot/France for Icoba (architectural/engineering company).
