Something like this might get the 110 back on my belt. Might have to get my tools out.
 
Funny this came up, I've been carrying a Vantage for the last few years but lately been wanting to get my Ranger with the dark brown sheath back in action, despite the fact that I already carry too much crap on my belt lol. Makael, does the stud get hung up on the sheath at all? I read somewhere the stud would keep it from fitting in the sheath but I'm guessing it hasn't been a problem for you by your post. Some of those custom sheaths you guys posted are really nice.
 
The nylon sheath is not a problem with the thumb stud at all. Knife goes in pivot down.

Here is new leather sheath for Buck 110 vertical carry. All sheaths have 1mm tolerance, that's why knives are sitting tough. Each sheath need much time and good materials. So each sheath is unique (who want ask in PM).


There are some new sketches for ZT 0095, ZT 0454.. in progress

I have a couple of those thumb studs and they've never been a problem with the original sheath. I don't always have them on my 112s or 110s, but when I do it hasn't been a problem. The sheaths were broken in before I used them of course, but they fit nicely...

I don't carry a 110, but for years I carried a 112 in a little open topped sheath I made. I've got a Qwik thumb stud on the blade so it works like a pocket clip folder, but I don't have to worry about the clip catching on things. I lost a lot of folders that way before I gave up on clip carry. The 112 rode alongside a Leatherman supertool 300, with a 303 and a Micra in my pocket. Not much I couldn't handle with that set up. I'm not ranching anymore so most days I just carry the 303 and a Wave on my belt because it saves a lot of weight. Here's a pic of my setup.

You may come here and show your sheaths, you may say that you make them, but don't give a link outside of Bladefroums for someone to contact you. At present your membership has not been upgraded to Gold. You will need to check on that. Even with Gold membership you cannot sell here. Please go to the link and read the text in red printing.

You can go to the Exchange forum area and offer to sell there. There are different rules to offer for salel here in the Buck forum. I go by the rules in the link I provided you.
