How Do You Like your Buck 110 Sports?


I am sorely Tempted to Order One.

I Love the Original 110 in My Grip but the Pocket Clip and Thumb Studs of the Slim are Super Convenient so I carry it More.

The Sports Edition 110 Seems like the Best of Both worlds. It Has the Thicker Handle and a Clip and a Stud for Opening.

How do You like Yours? Is it as Thick And Rugged and Comfortable feeling As the Original? How Smooth does It Open One handed Compared to the Slim??

My Only Fear is I May not Carry any Other 110's Once I Get my hands on One of These!!!

Does Anyone Do Different Grips for these??? Micarta is Nice but Wood just Feels Right on a 110!!

I've often wondered the same about the 112 Ranger Sports. I use my knife every day, and I like the big, fat, comfortable grips on the regular 112. But a lighter, one hand opening version, with a pocket clip would be a little more convenient.

The thing that always held me back from getting one was that they seem like they'd be kind of a pocket hog. I have a couple 112 Slims, and I'm fine with them. I just don't like fat knives clipped to, or riding in my pocket. That's just me. Lots of others are fine with it.

I carry my 110 sport quite a bit. I do like the larger grip in a lighter package. I don’t even really notice it in my pocket weight wise. My example is fairly easy to open one handed, but it is not as easy as the 112 or 110 TRX’s that I have.
