110 With A Wrinkle

Anyone know who may have customized this 110? Is it a Buck custom shop product? What does the anvil signify?

I don't know a whole lot about Bucks and any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's definitely different looking and the work is first-rate all the way around. Certainly not a case of someone playing around with their Dremel!

Not the Buck factory anyway. Maybe someone elses. I seriously doubt that Buck would do that much metal removal. I've not seen a huge number of custom shop work, but those I have seen have the anvil stamp.

Whoever did it did it during or after 2005. The blade looks used.

It's very interesting ( in a weird sort of way) , but not one I'd want to own. Maybe for science-fiction enthusiasts

Are you okay?? The knife in the photos is a perfectly straight, perfectly normal 110. What are you seeing?
