This great little knife deserves a dedicated thread. Here is mine. Allegedly Cherrywood but seems to be a little on the brown side.

I bought this knife at a Dick's Sporting Goods store in Jacksonville NC first time I saw one (I think in late 2011/early 2012) - it looked cool! Used it on a deer in the fall of 2012, that's the last time I used it. I would say it is an excellent "single purpose" knife - great for skinning, but I'd need another knife for deboning and cutting up the venison. OH

Don't know what is going on I had a double post and deleted one and for some reason it was wrong'

I do like this version because it is not gaudy...no blade engraving or cutout...the bolster is nicely done. What year was this issued?

I've had my eye on the Boone and Crockett 112-113 set manly to get the 112..But it stands on it's own as a useful smaller fixed blade. It reminds me of the Gen 5 . I always considered it a 112 fixed blade..
