117 picture thread for January 17

I am sooooooo glad that Buck brought back the 117! This is my 117 Pro and I also have a "regular" 117 with phenolic handle.

Which do you prefer to use? Is the phenolic a good kitchen knife? Thanks for sharing.
I love fixed blade knives but seldom use most of mine, I'm afraid. But as far as kitchen use, I think the 105 excels. It's just enough longer and slimmer than the 117 that I think it handles better for working with food, whether it be slicing homemade bread, melons, or meat.
