Hello friends ,
Today, I am pleased to offer my latest chef knife for your review and consideration
Specs:
OAL: 12β
Blade length: 7 1/2β
Spine thickness at the plunge: 0.130β
Grind: full flat to 0.15ish, sharpened on a Wicked Edge to 15 deg/side at 1000 grit
Satin belt finish
AEBL stainless steel at hardness Rc60+
Handles: black and silver metallic acrylic with blue vein. 3/16β stainless steel pins. White G10 liners. West Systems toughened epoxy bound.
Sheβs quite light in the hand for her size and makes an excellent go-to knife in the kitchen for most prep tasks.

Thanks so much for taking the time to support my hobby with your interest!
Photos below hopefully show details of the finish and craftsmanship. I would always be happy to take more pics for an inquiring potential buyer

$old PayPal FF gets her to your door USPS in the lower 48. If you would like to pay another way, please reach out. We can work it out.
Questions and comments always encouraged and welcomed!
