Went and Hammered my Horton a little today. Pretty cold today.

I've fired 4 different glocks, hundreds of rounds out of 3 and thousands out of the fourth. never ever had so much as a jam. maybe I was lucky, I dont know...

i had a great day,, got off work.. when i got home,, the ruts we made in the yard fixing the well pump were running a river of water into my well house through, the wall.. i had to dig a freakin moat around it,, in a downpour .. so cool...

At Blade this year I had a chance to handle several knives designed for Competition Cutting. Most of them had the double distal taper; the thickest part of the blade was out at the sweet spot, then it tapered steeply out to the tip and gradually back through the handle.
Then some I picked up were styled as fighters, and if they had a solid tang, the thickest portion was at the ricasso, again tapering away in both directions. The feel of lightness and quickness of those knives was quite deceptive for their size, the kind of knife you pick up and just laugh because it feels so cool.

Man, I just sent JS Burly an email asking WTF? My M60 drop-in supposedly shipped on the 3rd via Priority Mail. I've seen nada, and the tracking number provides no data. I need data.
Finally joined the 21st century tonight. Put in the HDTV. Dish Network is coming in the morning to hook up the HD receiver with DVR. I'm excited. Hi def and fewer commercials to watch. :thumbup:
I bought a G19 before the election craziness and before all the prices spiked. I need to get some better sights for it, but I don't have a sight pusher. Have an LEO acquaintance who said he'd do it for me. Need to get back in touch with him.
That reminds me. Anyone know of any good deals on 9mm FMJ?
