Robar is expensive, but their customer service is legit. After about 5 years and close to 10k rounds, my frame developed a small crack in the backstrap. I called robar and they overnighted it both ways and fixed it, all free of charge. They didn't even ask for proof that the work was done by them. They said they could recognize their work. Can't ask for much more than that.
