My dad had no skills around the house. But resinwife learned well from her father, and is really good at plumbing and electrical work. :D
 
3 3/4" blade and over a 5" handle?! Max out your handle!!! That is my ONE complaint about the Burchtree Chop Suey.......there is about 3/8ths of an inch of the handle that doesn't do anything to cover any blade.............shorten the handle or increase the blade. The Sebbie is probably the best with less than 1/8"
