J. My BEDC was waiting for me when I got home. Holy hell this thing is sweet! Sharp too. My GF walked into the room while I had it held up against my right arm. She was stupified. I think she may have thought I was about to commit harikari.

Hope I'm still on that list for a skinny SPDR.

Talked to Chuck and soon my BEDC will be cradled in one of his Randall style square bottomed sheath. Ordered this one in Burgundy leather with triweave pattern.
Sweet a new knife is always welcome, X10 for a Horton!

:D Pretty good, from my experience with it it has held an edge longer than a 1095 blade heat treated by RAT, of course it is a convex blade and I believe with use you end up sharpening it.
 
I believe they are going to start making composite bladed robots out of them, using A2 and D2 as the primary steels. I believed they called the prototype A2-D2, and they mentioned something about sabers made out of lights, possible being produced by surefire.

I wish I had a horton chopper. I've never owned a blade over 6 inches, but part ofmy bonus has j's name on it I think...
