Today I have two folders from John Lloyd,just back from my engraver,to offer......


This is a small custom hand made slipjoint folder by John,it has a neat drop point blade,I like to call this knife a Gent's hunter. The inlaid & pinned ss fish shield has been engraved ,and the bolster also has some very tastefully done engraving, making this knife truly a one of a kind,unique folder. The mammoth ivory scales have great color & texture,splashes of blue - free. SS pins,bolster,mill relived liners. A gentleman walk & talk & a 4+ to 5 pull. The CPM -154 ss blade centers closed,is hollow ground thin & slicer sharp. Knife measures 3" closed,5-3/8" open. The blade measures 2-3/8" with 2" of cutting edge,and has a crescent nail pull and a satin finish.

This folder is a 3-3/8" closed size trapper,with a single warncliffe blade. Opened up it measures 6.25". The blade is 2-3/4" with 2.5" of edge. This knife is a bolsterless " shadow" style,nice & light . It has vintage butterscotch linen micarta. This micarta will darken to the color of butterscotch candy,a dark amber,very nice. Pinned & inlaid ss fish shield is fully engraved & fantastic. The blade is 52100 carbon,ball bearing steel , it takes & holds a wicked edge. SS mill relieved liners,ss pins. Hollow ground slicer thin blade with a crescent pull and satin finish. Nice fit & finish,walk & talk,with around a 5 pull,just perfect. Blade centers closed,spring is flush....
