I have decided to liquidate my collection other than the knives that I absolutely cannot stand to lose. The result is the biggest sale thread that I have made in the traditional forum. Ive got my mind set on a new truck, so getting together some down payment money. All knives come in tubes, and exact condition descriptions are listed with each knife. All photos are at the end, and if you have concerns about seeing a particular knife more closely just let me know.
For all knives, claim it here, send me a PM, and then pay via https://paypal.me/jprime84 - If you would prefer to wait for my acknowledgement before paying, that's fine too. In all cases, please make sure I get a shipping address from you! All prices are for the knives shipped to your door USPS, PayPal fees and shipping costs included.
Northwoods Norfolk Whittler - Light Ebony Wood$110- Sold Pending Funds...
This is a wonderfully made small wedged back whittler. It has seen some pocket carry and light cutting, but nothing extreme. Some slight blade rub on some of the blades. Excellent detail in the small blades. Comes with the KSF bag and pocket slip as shown.
Northwoods Esky Zulu - Giraffe Bone$195 - SOLD!
Great knife! Its been so pretty that I have not cut things with it. I would call it new, but it rode in my pocket at least once. Comes with KSF bag and leather slip as it did new.
GEC 77 Northfield Washington Punch Knife - Cocobolo$105- Now $95! - SOLD!
One of Charlie's SFOs - I am the second owner, but this seems new as far as I can tell. I have never carried it. It didnt come out great in the photo, but it has very nice figuring in the wood.
GEC 83 Tidioute Lock back - Black Camel Bone$90 - SOLD!
KSF SFO. I got this one from another member, and it also appears new to me . I have never carried this one either. Bone looks closer to oiled bone as the "black" is very subtle on this knife. This one has the PPP etch!
GEC 66 Northfield Slim Calf Roper - Burnt Stag$90 - SOLD!
I purchased this knife new, and primary used the clip bade for cutting food at restaurants. It is has heavy patina as you can see, and a tiny spot on the pen blade. Comes with serialized certificate.
GEC 89 Northfield Executive Whittler - Sea Glass Acrylic$75 - SOLD!
This knife was an ebay find for me. The previous owner used Cold Blue to force blade patinas, and there is a touch corrosion along the blade of the pen blade. Action is smooth, and the sea glass acrylic looks very handsome.
GEC 22 Northfield Magnum - Antique Ivory Bone$90 - Now $80! - SOLD!
This knife was purchased new by me, and only carried a handful of times. The cloud shield looks great with the smooth bone. Comes with serialized certificate.
GEC 38 Northfield Orchard Gem - Cranberry Jig Bone$75 - SOLD!
Charlie SFO - This knife is a "dot" knife sold as a second from gunstockjacks. There is a red dot on the tube lid, and a teeny dot on the tang of the pruner. From what Jack said these had some small imperfection and he was not sure what it was. My guess is its the spacer for the spey blade extends slightly (you can see this on the mark side photo). The knife functions perfectly, and has been clearly used and sharpened by me. Patina is established on both blades. Great knife.
GEC 12 Tidioute Powder Horn - Exotic Mexican Bocote$50 - Now $45! - SOLD!
Picked this up from another member recently to check out the pattern. The knife is in great shape for its age with little patina. The tube however has bad water damage. You can see this with the tube cap as seen in the photo. Also, this is a serialized knife, but I have no certificate for it. No issues with the knife itself, so great user potential.
GEC 79 Tidioute Work Horse - Ebony Wood$75 - SOLD!
Another well loved user here. The ebony on this one is even and dark all the way through. Plenty of patina on the main spear, and a tad on the coping blade. Great classic looking pocket knife.
GEC 68 Northfield White Owl - Cocobolo Wood$100 - SOLD!
Another great ebay find! This white owl has great cocobolo figuring, and a classic spear and pen configuration. With the cloud shield and long pull to top it off, its a great looking knife. No real patina here, but a tiny spot at the end of the long pull closest to the tang. The bail on this knife is stamped "Northfield" which I thought was a cool touch.
GEC 15 Tidioute Tom's Choice Barlow - Rust Red Saw Cut Bone$245 - SOLD!
Charlie SFO, obviously. Is this what you came here to see?
I purchased this knife from Primble (if I remember correctly) a while ago as my first TC. With that said, I have been terrified to do anything with it that might mar its glorious looks! It has gone uncarried by me, and could probably pass for new other than Primble's light satin job on the bolsters. It looks absolutely fantastic, and is a classic cover material for the barlow. Asking slightly less than what I purchased it for.
That's all folks. Help me get behind the wheel of a new truck, and pick up a sweet knife while you are at it. Let me know if you have any questions!
