Heres what my preference page looks like, I didnt see any more options related to email alert notifications.

What are you getting email alerts from? Watched forums have a different email alert setting found under the ‘Watched forums’ page.

What are you getting email alerts from? Watched forums have a different email alert setting found under the ‘Watched forums’ page.

It appears to be watched threads but I have email notifications turned off.

Here is an email I got about an hour and a half ago, Ive received several more but I keep deleting them.

That actually looks like your watched threads’ settings then, may want to do something about it like this:
