124 paring knife :(

Doesn't surprise me.

A lot of people want the odd, one of a kind, example of popular knife models.

Ugly?

The Cabbage Patch dolls were immensely popular mostly because they were ugly. Now quite collectible.

I thought about grabbing it to practice grinding on, I have liked the looks of a couple of the 103's I've seen that had been "clipped" , and thought this one would be a good one to practice on...I'm actually surprised at the level of interest since its been re-listed with the new description! Call something a custom and people seem to want it??!!!
 
I think it's popular because everybody on this forum has looked at it and thought about buying it. Its a bad customization job and really doesn't deserve the attention. My opinion...
 
The mangled 124 Boot Knife.

It's pretty close to being an abomination.......but, a lot of 124 lovers would love to have it just for fun.

As long as it goes fairly cheap.

It's already gone too high for me, but I'm tight.

Wow! I can understand the reshaped blade...probably broke and reground...but missing the pommel? I cant see someone breaking the pommel, and tang, off without hurting the micarta. They must have done that part on purpose?
