Yeah, alot of knives.

Ya'll think you would want a Warthog? Maybe a Grass Machete? Perhaps a Heavy Bowie? Kukri Machete? How about a Cutlass Machete? JAB folders? Think ya'll would like that?

I'm gonna do some contests, some giveaways, and just because I can, I'm gonna just send out some steel to some of ya'll, free of charge.

Pics? No pics. None at all. Why? Because I can.

So, lets get started. Post up here, tell what Toooj designed knife you might like to have, what you would do with it, and why I should send it off, FREE OF CHARGE.

No shipping, no tax, just a free knife, showing up on your porch like a lost dog.

Let's get it going.

Kukri hands down, I had one and had to sell it along with 4/5 of the rest of my collection to help pay tuition and I miss it like hell

Plus I need a good machete to hack away at all the damn thorn bushes that have overgrown my favorite hunting spot. The kukri did the job before and did it damn well. Cuz some of those bushes are wicked tall and thick and the kuk shape blasts through the thickest of brush.

I'm in dire need of a cutlass....FOR BARLOW!!!

Actually, it would be used to help keep my section of the River to River hiking trail clear. That way, the orphans would have a place to be introduced to the great outdoors without fear of cobras and bushmasters attacking them. It would also be used to build log cabins for Spanish-American war veterans who have lost their homes due to the current economic crisis. ("I'm Proud to be an American" playing softly in the background ). At some point, it would have a likeness of Moosez45 laser engraved on it and placed lovingly (with white gloves) in a glass case in the Smithsonian for future generations to gaze at with tears in their eyes. "THIS WAS TRULY A GREAT MAN" written in buddist monk blood on a teak plaque. Yes....giving me the cutlass would be the defining act of philanthropy that preserved your legacy for all time. Never to be erased. (music louder) The centerpiece of a life of wilderness adventure and exploration.

Or...I'd say thanks and proceed to beat the hell out of a bunch of Kentucky trees and burn them. It could go either way.

I always really liked the look of the Cutlass machete.
What would I do with?
Why, be a Woods Pirate of course!:)
It just SCREAMS to me of it's chopping potential, and I would love a chance to put it through it's paces.

Aaargh, the guy ahead of me demands a Cutlass as well.:(
I could go for a Warthog too. It looks so weird it's cool, and it looks rather choppy too.
I REALLY need the Cutlass though.;)

Oh, just so ya'll know, I'm keeping one of the Cutlass's and a Heavy bowie for myself. :D Maybe a Grass machete too.

Moose

yeah i really like the look of the cutlass machete myself

it would do double duty (heh i said duty)
woodsbumming and home defense. i mean seriously if you broke into someones house and they came at you nekkid while brandishing a cutlass machete wouldn't YOU turn around and leave as fast as possible?

I am kind of in love with the Cutlass Machete, and suprise suprise I really really like the Kabar Heavy Bowie and Short Heavy Bowie. Honestly like the Short Heavy more than the normal. (I know I am a freak)
The Cutlass Machete, I would like to beat it to death and really see what it can do. If its as capable of cutting as well as chopping and clearing brush as its been reviewed to be, then it seems like a beast of an all round camp tool.
The Short Heavy Bowie, I would hold it and squeeze it and pet it and love it and name it George....... I mean I would use it for all appropriate bush and camp tasks that a knife of this type would be well suited to. Yeah yeah that's what I mean.

I would absolutely love that heavy bowie on top or the worthawg both seam like amazing blades!!

I am new to the kabar world as well as becker! Just bought my first becker in the form of bk14 and have to send it back to be replaced and this would sure ease the pain:)

at the moment I have no large camp knife and we are going camping/backpacking in 3 weeks and this would be a heck of a knife for such a trip.

I even have fresh kydex on the way to make them some nice new homes:)

You should send this knife off to me because I am currently in need of a nice hard use fixed blade and to help ease my sufferig waiting for my bk14 to return due to having a factory defect:(

I like the folder 2nd from bottom. I dont have a hard use folder so thatd be cool. Probably cut up critters with it.

i'd like to have the cutlass machete or kukri...why? i'm currently doing a write-up/chopper testing. i'm going to test it head to head against the esee lite machete, junglas, condor parang, bear grylls parang, and cold steel kukri. i'll probably pick up a cold steel magnum kukri and a condor golok as well to test...like always if i think it's crap i'll post it and will praise it if it deserves it :)

i have the initial write up posted over on the esee forum for now but i'll post it in bf as well once i'm close to completion/have something more substantial. http://www.jungletraining.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6047

after the test if i don't like it, i'll give it away to my fellow beckerhead in a random drawing or something.

I'd love to have the Large Heavy Bowie and I think Moose should hook me up because I have some zombie socialists I have to take care of here in California.

I think the grass machete or the cutlass could also take care of my zombie defense needs out here.

Nice to see all my knives, where are yours?

*ahem*

I would like some free stuff 'cause I'm freakin' out.

:D

couldn't see if this was beckerhead only. Also assuming you'd ship to Canada.

I'd love to get my hands on that Johnson Adventure Blades Piggyback folder. I'd like to try that adventure grip as well. Also gave my Ka Bar Dozier folder to my cousin when he joined in the service, so my pocket has been feeling a bit empty.

Actually this is the blade I've been rocking when I feel it's taboo to carry a fixed blade.

I'm really liking that Heavy Bowie. Consider it extensive therapy after a particularly miserable couple of years. After nearly losing my brother several times, I think I need a vacation that requires a large knife.

I like the Warthog and the Bowie. If I had one of those I could watch reruns of Man vs Wild on DVD and pretend that I had time to go do some camping.

Plus, it would make me feel better about myself since I'm fat and don't have a girlfriend.:grumpy:

Oh, and my BK11 needs someone to look up to.

dear mr.moose, i believe i could put that lovley ka-bar warthog fixed blade for great use as my newest bushtool. it has a nice wide blade for digging if need be. i think it could chop well too, in addition you are awesome and the moose is my new favorite animal.....and i'll post up a nice review of it if i get it! so please consider me! :D

I need something big and heavy because up here pine trees are everywhere and can be as thick as hair on a dog. Now you might of thought I was talking out my as... uh ear the other day when I said I almost got run over by a rather large moose but it happened just like I said. The only thing that saved me was my cat like reflexes as I jumped behind a tree, screamed like a girl and assumed the fetal position. Now had I been packing something like that badazz Ka-Bar Warthog things might have been a little different. Now I'm not a real big guy and this was a BIG moose so if I planned it right I could have hid behind the tree and jumped on his back as he thundered by. It would have been like one of those little circus monkey's riding a dog. Except this little monkey would have been holding on with one hand and waving a badazz Ka-Bar Warthog in the air with the other. Oh sweet revenge!!!!
