Very good! I just used some of the taco seasoning last night with diced up chicken breasts and thighs, yellow onions and green pepper to make some chicken soft tacos. I suppose I should have taken pictures. Also put in copies of some recipe cards that come with the spices to give you some ideas. I've used the Mural of Flavor on pretty much everything...beef, chicken, fish, green beans, potatoes, etc.
