Bowie in Cocobolo and Copper
13.5" overall length
8.5" blade, forged 1095 steel. I didn't clay harden it, but it formed an auto hamon (doesn't show in the pics)
Full flat grind
Cocobolo handle, with the sapwood/heartwood boundary on one side and a palm swell
Copper bolsters and pins
Distal taper on the blade and tang
Straight clip with an unsharpened (90° grind) swedge
8-9 oz cow leather sheath, hand stitched and tooled.
