The numbering of knives and sheaths in the photos is supposed to match (e.g., knife 1 goes with cardboard sheath 1, knife 8 goes with kydex sheath 8). I also have the original cardboard sheaths for knives 5 and 8, which I'll include. It's been a while since I spent time on the forum. I'll try to be available to answer questions and provide additional photos as needed.
Knife #1 - AK-47 Custom Shop Satin Blade with Ram's Horn Scales
Condition: Excellent! The ram's horn material has some natural color and texture variation. The cardboard sheath indicates this is the 1st ram's horn ak-47 (I don't know how many there are and I haven't checked with Busse to verify the statement). There's some very minor scuff marks on the satin blade from sheath insertion/removal. I've probably removed it 4 times from the sheath in the last 5-6 years. I might of sliced an imaginary zombie at some point as well.
Price: $1800 OBRO
Knife #2 - AK-47 Battle Grade Black Finish and Black Micarta
Condition: Almost new! Bought new from Busse. Unused condition. There may be some very minor marks from sheath insertion/removal. Also, there is a very slight offset on the blade edge side of one of the micarta scales relative to the center handle material. With the offset, the edge of the center handle material is slightly raised when passing a finger back and forth over the center handle material. The offset is only on one side (the blade edge side of the left scale), is not noticeable visibly, and is not felt when gripping the handles normally. If you're inspecting the fit and finish of the scales with your finger, you'll notice it as I did. This battle grade weapon is still a battle grade weapon.
Price: $sold
Knife #3 – Custom Shop Bronze Moab with stripped, etched, and perma blued infi blade
Condition: Bought unused on the forum years ago. The bronze coating had a few chips/marks, so I decided to promote it from safe queen to its current stripped and etched glory. Unused edge. No longer “your highness”, this one has been re-born and is proud to show off it's imperfections including some minor spots/discoloration on the metal along the grips and in the holes.
Price: $sold
Knife #4 – SYKCO 1311
Condition: Bought unused on the forum years ago. Excellent condition. Unused edge.
Price: $sold
Knife #5 – Custom Shop NMFBM with convex edge and micarta scales
Condition: Excellent! Haven't used and appears to be unused. No sheath. This one has the thicker (0.28 inch) blade.
Price: $sold
Knife #6 – NMFBM with convex edge and G10 scales
Condition: Bought used on the forum years ago. Very good condition. Haven't used. Comes with kydex sheath. Some minor wear from handling/use and horizontal marks from sheath insertion/removal. The edge is in excellent condition. Convex edge (not sure if original or not, but it’s very well done). Was used by previous owner but not much. There is some haze on the blade near the edge from previous use. Also some horizontal lines on blade from insertion/removal from sheath. I tried to capture the types of lines there are in the photos. I haven't used it. This one has the thinner (0.25 inch) blade.
Price: $sold
Knife #7 – SYCKO 911
Condition: Excellent! Haven't used and appears to be unused. Comes with kydex sheath.
Price: $sold
Knife #8 – Swamp Rat Tali-whacker #355
Condition: Bought new. Excellent condition! Haven't used. I did put a little scratch on the blade by seeing if it would fit in with another kydex sheath. Comes with its own kydex sheath. One of my favorite knives with a great combination of size, weight, and handle comfort.
Price: $sold
Knife #9 – Swamp Rat Tali-whacker #328
Condition: Very good! Haven't used. This one comes with a Spec Ops sheath. There are some hairline horizontal scratches on the blade presumably from sheath insertion/removal. Also, there's one small spot (maybe 1mm or so) the blade surface.
Price: $sold
Knife #10 – SYCKO 511
Condition: Excellent! Haven't used.
Price: $sold
Knife #11 – SYCKO Saftey Mutt
Condition: Excellent! Haven't used. The orange scales were slightly offset so I sanded the top and bottom of the scales to smooth the handles. Maybe higher grain sandpaper would reduce the visibility of the sanding effort.
Price: $sold
Knife #12 – SYCKO 311
Condition: Excellent! Haven't used. Comes with kydex sheath.
Price: $sold
Knife #13 – Busse Game Warden with Krein Regrind
Condition: Good! If you wanted to see how well infi can perform as a slicer, here's your knife. The grip on this one has grown on me. A previous owner added some thumb grip lines on the blade spine. It's definitely comfortable and somewhat helpful. The grip lines are a conservative rather than aggressive effort and are not up to the professional standard of the knife and regrind. I've also noticed a small area on the blade near the blade edge that looks like a clear adhesive. I scratched at it with my fingernail to see if it flakes off, but it's still there.
