Mammoth tusk section 13 pounds. 11 inches tall 5 inches across at the widest and 4.5 at the narrowest. Fairly solid. Some delaminating in thick layers on the ends - a few inches in should be all solid. Good colors throughout. Hints of blue that may penetrate the various layers. Can make extra wide scales for pistol grips large knife scales or carvings. Possibly can be cut and turned on a lathe. I have customers looking for pen material or bag pipe work. Also guitar bridges etc. Good for all these projects. Asking $160 a pound $2,080 . Shipping .. think it will fit in a medium flat rate box so $15 anywhere in the US. Outside the country might be as high as $40.

The best way to buy is off my web site using the pay pal shopping cart. Address is below Item is near the top of the page. Otherwise email me. Possible to do layaway and make payments. Or email me with questions. This was acquired in Tucson at the fossil show dry climate from Russia had 6 months. I think this had been in storage for a year in Tucson-- so should be well cured and stable.
