Perhaps I misunderstand but as I see it no deal was discussed or entered into between you and the seller and no money changed hands.
It seems that at no time did he say that you had a deal, there was no acknowledgement of a deal from the seller. So I really cannot see what you are complaining about?
The seller never made any contact with you about the sale and was obviously contacted privately and sold the items that way.
It sounds to me that you are complaining about a sale that never happened.

Long reply: Do you know for a fact that he did not receive an email or PM before you posted in the thread? I don't mean to be rude but these threads aren't really meant to be started just because you didn't get something you wanted. These are for people with legitimate issues with a transaction that actually happened. Saying he isn't a man of his word reflects poorly on you as his word was never given, and around here some people's word means a lot to them (I know mine does to me).

Well I appreciate you giving me the other side. I am used to the sales forum as first come first serve. Usually if someone is going to sell something it would say first one to pm or post I will take it. So again I can admit when I may be wrong I hope a mod can delet the thread

You've got a good amount of feedback but it means squat if you pull stuff like this. And posting junk about the seller in another thread? Childish. And if you were doing more in this community than buying and selling you would know that threads don't get deleted. Closed, or moved maybe, but this is on the record for other people to see.

If you are talking about me Bladeplay this is the first I have heard you were even interested in buying the silver I sold. I got two very quick PM's right after posting the coins and both parties bought what silver I had for sale. I never got an E-mail or PM from you and I don't even know what a "visitor message" is.
I purposely NEVER post "first one to blah blah blah" because I want complete control over whom I sell to.
so, so sorry but if you are interested I have two silver coins posted now and plan on posting some more Silver Eagles soon. I also hope to score another silver bullet for sale soon also.
Let me know if you want any of the above, I will give you first dibs. In the end all I care is they sell, I seriously need the money...............

Wolfman I do apologize. These guys set me strait. I even tried to delet it but it was to late. I see what everyone is saying and only thing I can do is publicly apologize for not thinking it threw. I again apologize for starting this tread. I am willing to admit I was wrong.

Fair point but to be honest I was trying to get it off here and didn't know I couldn't Delet the thread. I admited I was wrong I apologized and at this point all I can do. I made my apology to wolfmann and I'm glad he has let it go. I have nothing else I can do but that but I deserve anything y'all give me in this thread. He wanted the coins, thought because he posted first there was solemn agreement he gets them and then vapor locked when he did not.
There were two PM's that came in before his post, so by the time I read his post they were gone. He then took to the internet and took his pot shot. He apologized and for those that know me probably just chuckled at the "do not trust this man" part anyway. My word is my bond, my bond is golden. That's a fact, period.
Bottom line; I plan to post 2-3 more Silver Eagles for sale and if Blade play wants them he will have the first shot. If he does not trust me someone else will buy them. I have medical expenses to cover so all I care about is that they sell to someone!!!

I call BFC my home on the internet. I have met some wonderful folks and have many friends I have never met. When times were good for me I never hesitated to help a member in need.
And I am humbled and amazed at how many rallied to my aid in my time of need. I am so thankful that the thought of engaging in a bad trust, scummy deal actually causes me anxiety.
I just could never do it, not for $40 in coins or 40 million in diamonds and never to lose the friends I have made here along the way.
