This is a really nice knife! Excellent work. Second time I've seen it posted. The only reason I think maybe it hasn't sold especially at that more then fair price is that files usually have a relatively high hardness. That makes them great for smaller knives but maybe not so great for larger choppers. unless the blade was tempered. then that's a whole different story.
 
Thanks for your complement and input. I didn't think to mention this in the post. I did normalized the blade and preform my heat treat process which included a few tempering cycles. I have also tested the edge in chopping and cutting tests before I applied the handle & finished edge. I was very happy with the results I received from the test. I never had any chipping or rolling on the edge. Just wish I had took a video, it would have been very helpful now.
