Flash sale @ $140 PPFF STYD until 9am CT on 7/1. After that this will be withdrawn for at least a week. Possibly forever. Could be your last chance!
This will only be posted until Saturday 7/1 at 8am CT, so I can ship this before going out of town for the holiday.
I bought this here a week or two ago. It's BEAUTIFUL to see and hold, but I just could use the $ more than the knife. I HATE to sell this! I've never had anything made with snakewood before, and it's just the coolest and most interesting wood to see with your own two eyes.
It is virtually the same shape/size as the (micarta) Deering EDC that I sold earlier this year, and I absolutely adored that knife. The only real difference I can tell with this is that the blade thickness on the Wissahickon is 1/8", and I believe the Deering was 5/32".
This was brand new and unused when I bought it. The only things that I did was:
* put it in the sheath
* add a lanyard
* do a paper test
And let me tell you, that paper test was WILD -- this is about the most blazing, most sliciest scandi-grind knife I've held. That paper just kind of fell in half.
Photos below... the very top of the very tip of the knife has a minor dark/patina spot, so I wanted to be sure to show that in a close-up. I can clean that off if you want, but that's just what O1 steel does.
$150 PPFF, including USPS priority shipping in the lower 48.
