Opens very easy, snaps open and closed. Action in between is very smooth.
Lock up is tight NO blade play, any direction. Closes dead center.
Pins in the bolsters are hidden.
What can I say this IS A VERY NICE ONE.
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Todd,

I really want this one. Is there enough blade to pinch since my fingernails are bitten off? Otherwise I'll have to pass for one that is "pinchable".
Thanks and great looking knife by the way.

G3,
This knife is not that pinchable, it opens very easy.
And is a really nice knife. But you should wait for one that is not
so low of profile.Keep watching.
Thanks!

I've got a better idea. Quit biting your fingernails & buy this one. :D

I wish...and I smoke and live on coffee.

KnifeOCD is a cruel mistress. :D

I'm not really a big fan of slipjoints as a knife style in general and I tend to prefer vine filework on knives, but I think the sheephorn looks really good on this one. The texture of the sheephorn blends in nicely with the lines I think, and is nicely symmetrical to the rope(??) filework on the blade.

I guess what I am trying to say is, I like this one a lot :)

I've kept an eye on everyone of Todd's pieces since he started posting here and I'd say that this one is in my top 3, maybe even #1.

If it weren't for a japanese sword project i've had that's now in it's 3rd year and at over $6500, then i'd buy it. Someday, Todd.

Got the knife today and it's prestine. The best fit of any folder I have by far.

I really don't know how to put this but the finish of the knife is so perfect that the knife almost looks fake until to pick it up and realize there's actual substance and weight. The pictures, as great as they are, do no justice. I wish I had the opportunity to see more of his work in person.

I will be in the market for more down the road so long as Todd keeps making them.

This is the ONE knife of his I was hoping wouldn't sell for another month. I've been checking it out everyday, the sheep horn is amazing on it. You got a good one!
