Ya get my vote buddy, I moved from the UK 2 1/2 yrs ago now and still have to get my sausage and mash fix......they don't do Bisto gravy out here though !!!!:(

Cook it in an iron skillet with some potatoes, diced onion, a little bit of garlic, and some spices, and you have my all-time favourite dish.

Trout season will be coming back around in a few months. I may have to try out your recipe and see how it tasts.

That tenderloin looks super tender! I may have to make one for me and the Mrs. this weekend. I've been trying to perfect a tenderloin and apple recipe I've been putting together but haven't gotten in right yet.
