I will take the embassy pen but I am in Australia. I can provide as much feedback as you wish, have been a long time member here. To cut costs if necessary I am happy for the pen to be mailed as cheaply as you can.

More than happy to use PayPal.
 
While I've shipped overseas many times I'd rather not on these items. It's not worth the effort on a low dollar item and also I don't know the legalities shipping this to your country.
 
Totally legal, have purchased three embassy pens from the US in the past. Would really appreciate reconsideration.
