14C28N Kershaws

I put 14C28N in about the same category as S30V to be honest. I love the stuff.

Since it's a Kershaw exclusive, they probably just poured 'em a big ol' vat of it! And they don't have to share! :D

Ditto. I thought 13C26 was pretty darn good for an everyday knife, but my Zing gets sharper and stays sharper than my Leek by a pretty wide margin.

ultimately i believe it is the consumer that benefits from this relationship; obtaining an exclusive and moderately high-end knife steel at an unmatched price point.

:)

Except for the exclusive part, I feel the same way about Spyderco and VG-10; you get a great blade steel at a great price because of the company.

With Kershaw, we are getting awesome 14c28N on all the great Kershaw models and designs with the typical outstanding Kershaw value and quality:thumbup:

Now I love a fun sprint run of some exotic or high performance steel as much as anyone; but how can you beat 14c28N for the price that Kershaw is offering it at?
