152OT & 152UH handle colors

I know the 152OT was made in the standard cream/brown delrin, the orange delrin, and the yellow delrin. Were there any other handle colors for the 152OT (other than prototypes)? Was the 152UH ever made with any handle other than the Staglon (other than prototypes)?

The 152OT did come in black and a few other colors, but usually there was a different tang stamping. I am not aware of additional colors used on the 152UH.
