Ok guys I have .090 thick 15N20 back in stock. The last batch went really fast so don't wait to long if your wanting the thick stuff. This is Uddeholm 15n20 that is cut from large bandsaw blades. The steel is cut so it fits inside a game board size flat rate box. After the last batch I believe I can get it even closer to 70lbs per box; mail lady loves me. Last boxes came in at 64-65lbs with 10 sheets cut to 22" long.
The plan now is to cut them to 23.5" so it completely fills the box and does not leave any space in the end that has to be filled. The way it works is I cut the tip of teeth off so the steel is just wide enough to fit inside the box which is 11.5" wide but not all of the teeth are removed so I consider 11" wide to be the usable width. A 23.5"X11"x.090" sheet according to the math weighs 6.5lbs. So 10 sheets will be 65lbs of what I consider good usable steel. The actual steel weight will be more because of the remains of the teeth sections.
A box full is $260 plus $25 shipping ($20 shipping + $5 for foam and tape). The sheets are taped together making a 1" thick stack, then taped to high strength hard foam that is 2" thick. This fits perfect into the 3" tall box with no slop in any direction.
The metal is not cut until you place and pay for your order. We gladly except checks but cutting and shipping is held till check clears. If your wanting to pay with PayPal we ask that you cover the PayPal fee. Processing your order can take up to a week generally but depending on when you place your order and current back log it might take a tad longer. Normal shipping day is Friday as all orders must be driven to town and we live a good distance away. I cut metal on Wednesday and Thursday and then package/ship on Friday. Metal is processed in order of when payment was received.
Thank you guys for all your support and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
P.S. If you're just wanting to try this steel out and are not looking for a full box then contact me and we can work something out.
