$165 for a 2OT?

So I was watching a 2OT on ebay, nice knife. But when the bidding got over $100, I resolved to pass.

FOGs...is it that rare? I don't have one yet, but should I really expect to pay that much?

A picture is good for reference so I will know what to look for.
