This is one of the original Gerber part serrated wide wasp blade and hand honed L6 tool steel, 1979 Mfg. per the Gerber Date Chart. 1979 was the last year of the hand honed L6 tool steel MK2s. This was never meant to be a safe queen, it’s a sentry removal tool. This one has been there and done that! I have owned it for several years and never ever used it. It is very sharp edge and very pointy. Nice solid piece of military history, as many US soldiers carried a MK2 in Nam. $175 F&F or $185 G&S your choice More pics available upon request.
