Bhanduk Chitlangi is a form of fighting knife. Sometimes it looked like a cross of ASTK with chitlangi. The slight curve handle is indeed a blessing in disguise. You will have less stress on wrist area whilst increasing the downward impact with such design. Boomerang model will accentuate this mechanism clearly.

At 15" i think it's a very versatile SD piece.23Oz would be fantastic to handle; the horn handle makes the excellent balance for cat-quick swinging. This particular model has a wider belly which will increase the chopping depth.
Chiruwa tang with 4 rivets? You will need some cave-men strength to break that.

The scabbard is very nicely made by Sarki.

Ahh.Thousand apology Karda. Alright i will use "SHARK" instead of Snatch next time.
It wasn't intended for that purpose. :p. On a side note the "Snatch" movie by Guy Ritchie remains my fav movie (maybe that's the reason i kept repeating it?)

Man, that VILLAGER FIT AND FINISH HI TARWAR BY RAJKUMAR is the best looking tarwar I've seen. I love villagers. If only I had the money, but times are tough and my truck is dead. I don't even have the cash to have it looked at. :(

On the flip side I'm finally doing the walking I need to do. I'm getting 7 miles a day uphill both ways going to work. :) To bad it's going to be raining for at least the next 10 days. I finally bought a rain umbrella after 44 years of not owning an umbrella that was not designed for photography.;)

Back is fine now, finally stretched the right way at the right time and the disk popped back in. Then i come down a with major head cold which took me out for a couple days earlier this week......and you guys didnt even notice i was gone. :)
